Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect with a strong technical background across Dynamics F&O cloud, hybrid, and on premises solutions. Responsabilities: The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, optimization, and stabilization of Dynamics F&O deployments, working closely with customers to drive measurable business value. The candidate must have proven experience in customer facing roles, along with project delivery and technical leadership experience, and a demonstrated ability to lead in depth technical architecture discussions with customer executives, solution architects, IT leadership, enterprise architects, and development teams. This role requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear architectural decisions that align with customer goals. The candidate should also be open to travel to customer sites as required by business needs. Experience Profile & Customer Centricity •            Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including Finance and Supply Chain Management, with hands on exposure to on premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. •            Strong understanding of ERP system architecture and best practices, with the ability to design and guide scalable, secure, and enterprise grade solutions. •            Deep expertise in the technical and functional aspects of Dynamics 365 F&O, including core business processes across finance and supply chain. •            Proven experience with customization and development in Dynamics 365 F&O, as well as ERP implementations and ongoing system management, including integration with third party systems. •            Ability to lead in depth technical discussions and provide clear architectural guidance to customers, architects, IT leadership, and development teams throughout design and implementation phases. •            Strong customer centric mindset, consistently driving positive customer satisfaction and establishing credibility as a trusted advisor by leveraging deep Dynamics 365 F&O, Supply Chain, and on premises expertise to deliver against defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. •            Demonstrated ability to actively listen, challenge constructively, and guide customers toward the best technical and business decisions. •            Experience providing actionable insights and feedback from customer engagements to Microsoft engineering teams, product groups, and internal stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement and influencing product direction. Business Impact •            Accelerate usage, value realization, and ROI of Microsoft Business Applications by advising technical and business decision-makers on architecture, implementation best practices, operational excellence, and performance efficiency—spanning both on prem and cloud connected deployments. •            Identify and resolve blockers preventing go live, scale, or adoption by applying deep technical knowledge of Dynamics F&O, integrations, performance tuning, and data migration. Deliver all engagements using Microsoft recommended methods and repeatable IP. •            Identify growth opportunities by understanding customer needs, business models, and workloads, and positioning relevant Microsoft Business Applications capabilities, including Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, and modernization pathways from on prem to cloud. Technical Leadership •            Demonstrate a growth-mindset by continuously strengthening your technical depth in Dynamics 365 F&O, on prem infrastructure, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, and related tooling to meet evolving customer and regional needs. •            Accelerate customer outcomes by engaging with technical communities, contributing to reusable IP, sharing best practices, and promoting knowledge re use within the Dynamics ecosystem. •            Lead or co lead architecture sessions, performance deep dives, solution design reviews, and readiness workshops to uplift customer capability and ensure long term operational health. Qualifications Technical Requirements Core Technical Expertise •            8+ years of hands-on experience implementing, customizing, optimizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), with strong exposure to on premises, hybrid, and cloud-based deployments. •            Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations architecture, including application layers, data models, extensibility framework, and overall environment topology. •            Proven experience leading Dynamics F&O migration and modernization initiatives, including upgrades from legacy Dynamics AX and transitions to cloud first architectures. •            Deep expertise in performance troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers. •            Practical experience with ERP system administration and operational best practices for F&O environments, including monitoring, capacity planning, and production readiness. •            Demonstrated capability to perform end to end environment health assessments and performance audits, and to design and execute remediation and optimization plans, particularly for on premises and hybrid F&O environments. •            Strong experience designing, building, and troubleshooting integrations for Dynamics F&O, leveraging: o            Data Management Framework (DMF) o            Azure Logic Apps o            Power Platform o            APIs and other enterprise interfacing techniques •            Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O development and customization, including: o            X++ o            Visual Studio o            .NET Framework o            Extension based development best practices •            Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including the use of Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps for implementation, maintenance, and release management. •            Experience with version control and development tools (e.g., Azure De
