Partner with Amazon Ads and other ecosystem and alliance partners on joint go-to-market, co-selling, and client engagement. Collaborate with product development and data science leadership to convert client and market insight into product priorities and roadmap input. Build the M-Nav market presence through thought leadership, industry events, client advisory forums, and reusable sales assets and case studies. Contribute to practice financials and growth planning, including pipeline, revenue, utilization, and margin targets. Define and communicate a clear client maturity journey, assessing the current measurement capability and articulating the future-state vision, roadmap, and value realization path. Partner with client IT, data, and technology teams to strengthen data maturity, improve data readiness and integration, and establish the foundations required to scale advanced measurement solutions. Qualifications 12+ years in marketing measurement, econometrics, attribution, data science, or martech analytics, including 5+ years leading analytic engagements and teams; experience with clean rooms (such as LiveRamp, Google BQ), ad-platform data, or AMC-like environments. Experience should include:Proven track record of selling and winning measurement, analytics, or data-driven marketing work, including leading pursuits, shaping solutions, and closing deals. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior client relationships and to influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders. Strong working knowledge of MMM, attribution, experimentation, incrementality testing, bridge calibration, and privacy-safe measurement, with the ability to evaluate technical approaches and validate results (e.g., MAPE/R²/F1 interpretation) without being the hands-on builder. Experience leading, coaching, and developing managers and multi-disciplinary teams in a governed, cross-functional delivery model. Exceptional communication, executive presence, and storytelling skills, including the ability to translate complex methods into clear business recommendations. Commercial acumen, including scoping, pricing, and managing engagement economics. Experience deploying MMM, MTA, and other measurement solutions across industries such as CPG, Retail, High tech, and Financial Services.
