Delivery Lead Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; Houston, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Delivery Lead Senior Manager in Houston, TX, and the job duties are as follows: Conduct organizational studies and evaluate client business processes related to asset management, maintenance operations, and enterprise systems to improve efficiency and operational performance. Analyze business requirements and operational workflows; design and recommend improvements to systems, procedures, and asset lifecycle management processes in alignment with industry best practices. Gather and document requirements through stakeholder consultations, workshops, and data analysis; identify gaps and develop solutions to enhance system functionality and business outcomes. Develop and implement enterprise asset management (EAM) solutions using IBM Maximo, including configuration, integration, and deployment of system components to support business process improvements. Advise client leadership on operational strategies, system enhancements, and process optimization initiatives; prepare reports and present recommendations to support decision-making. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and vendors, to support the successful implementation of recommended solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Prepare documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and implementation methodologies; develop standardized procedures and tools to support continuous improvement initiatives. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 8 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) in the IT consulting industry. Must have 8 years of experience in each of the following: Implementing and supporting IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS), Maximo 7.6, Maximo Manage, Maximo Mobile, and Maximo Scheduler; Utilizing Java, J2EE, SQL, PL/SQL, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and XML technologies for Maximo customizations and integrations; Utilizing IBM Integration Framework (MIF), WebSphere, Oracle Database, Linux/Unix, and middleware technologies for enterprise asset management solutions; Leading Agile and DevOps-based delivery for enterprise Maximo/EAM transformation programs; Managing large-scale Maximo implementation, upgrade, migration, and integration projects across multiple business units; Driving solution architecture, technical design, data migration, and performance optimization initiatives for IBM Maximo environments; Managing cross-functional onsite and offshore teams including functional consultants, technical developers, architects, and testers; Utilizing GitHub, Jira, Azure devops, and CI/CD tools for application lifecycle management and deployment activities; and Conducting client workshops, business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management for enterprise asset management programs. Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
