RESUME DE LA FONCTION Au sein de l'équipe BDCE, vous assurez la planification et le suivi des expéditions de produits finis, semi-finis, matières premières et pièces détachées à destination des clients Replenishment. Vous coordonnez les opérations de transport (route, air et maritime), préparez la documentation logistique et douanière nécessaire, et veillez au bon déroulement des flux dans le respect des procédures Baxter, des exigences réglementaires et des délais convenus avec les clients. TACHES GENERALES Planification & Transport Planifier et coordonner les expéditions au départ de BDCE et du WAD. Assurer le suivi des commandes clients et des allocations dans les systèmes logistiques. Organiser les transports routiers, aériens et maritimes en fonction des priorités opérationnelles. Assurer le suivi des expéditions jusqu'à leur destination finale. Gestion Documentaire & Administrative Préparer les documents de transport, d'expédition et les documents douaniers nécessaires (ATR, COO, etc.). Contrôler la cohérence des documents logistiques et assurer leur diffusion aux parties prenantes concernées. Assurer l'encodage et le suivi des données dans les différents systèmes (JDE, MILD, GT Nexus, TMS, etc.). Maintenir les données nécessaires à la facturation des transports. Suivi Opérationnel Participer aux opérations administratives liées aux réceptions sur le site de Lessines. Assurer le suivi des plaintes liées au transport et coordonner leur résolution. Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes afin de garantir un service efficace et conforme. PROFIL RECHERCHE Formation & Expérience : Bachelier en Logistique ou expérience équivalente. Une expérience dans un environnement logistique, transport ou supply chain constitue un atout. Connaissance de l'administration liée à l'exportation de marchandises. Compétences : Bonne maîtrise de la Suite Office. Une expérience avec des systèmes tels que JDE, MILD, GT Nexus, TMS ou équivalents constitue un atout. Connaissance des Bonnes Pratiques de Distribution (GDP). Rigueur, proactivité et réactivité. Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion des priorités. Esprit d'équipe et bonnes aptitudes en communication. Langues : Français : bonne maîtrise requise.
