WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT We in Agricultural Solutions are preparing to be an independent, pure-play agricultural company within BASF group. To be ready for independence, we are looking for you to join us in our new Corporate roles (see here: Build Your Career on Our Standalone Transformation ). In your new role, you contribute to the design, implementation and rollout of a new IT tool to globally manage intercompany transfer prices (ICTPs). Therefore, you translate ICTP methodologies, business requirements, and calculation logic into the new ICTP tool and execute testing and validation activities during implementation. You support the design and continuous enhancement of ICTP-related processes and controls within the future ICTP approach. Moreover, you analyze ICTP results generated by the new solution, identify improvement opportunities, and support the refinement of business rules and calculation logic. You build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across Tax, Finance/Controlling and Supply Chain to ensure alignment on transfer pricing matters. The implementation of quality management guidelines for the new ICTP tool and preparation of input for management meetings considering specific KPIs also belong to your tasks. Last but not least, you prepare process documentation, user guidance and training materials to support the successful adoption of the new solution. WHAT YOU OFFER Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Tax, or a comparable field Several years of relevant working experience with SAP ERP S/4 HANA or other SAP systems Proven digital and AI focus with the ability to leverage modern technologies Strong analytical skills and structured working style as well as experience in international, cross‑functional environments Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); German language skills are beneficial WHAT WE OFFER Responsibility within a leading international agricultural company.
