WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT We in Agricultural Solutions are preparing to be an independent, pure-play agricultural company within BASF group. To be ready for independence, we are looking for you to join us in our new Corporate roles (see here: Build Your Career on Our Standalone Transformation ). In your new role, you lead a small team driving the successful adoption of a new intercompany transfer pricing (ICTP) tool and playing a key role in shaping the future of Intercompany Transfer Pricing. You contribute to the implementation of a new global ICTP solution and ensure that business requirements are reflected in the target setup. Moreover, you serve as the key interface to stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, and other business functions, ensuring effective communication and alignment. You are responsible for managing project priorities and resource allocation to ensure the successful delivery of transformation and implementation initiatives. Furthermore, you identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization, standardization, automation, and digitalization initiatives across the transfer pricing landscape. Last but not least, you prepare management updates, decision proposals, and executive presentations and facilitate alignment on key transformation and implementation decisions. WHAT YOU OFFER Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Tax, or a comparable field as well as several years of professional experience in transfer pricing, accounting, controlling, tax, audit, or a related finance environment Leadership experience or a strong drive to lead, coach, and develop people Strong understanding of financial statements, transfer pricing principles, and business performance indicators Proven stakeholder management and communication skills in an international and cross-functional environment as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights Experience with ERP systems, analytics platforms, reporting solutions, or business intelligence tools, combined with a passion for digitalization, process optimization, and the adoption of new technologies Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); German language skills are beneficial WHAT WE OFFER Responsibility within a leading international agricultural company.
