Business Development Head – ALD Products The Business Development Head is a senior strategic leader responsible for defining and driving ASM’s global business growth. This role shapes long ‑ term market direction, influences technology and product roadmaps, and forges deep, executive ‑ level customer partnerships to maximize adoption, market share, and profitability. The leader will serve as ASM’s primary authority on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer technology inflection points - directly guiding strategic decisions across product, engineering, and regional sales teams. The role is accountable for overall business performance including bookings, revenue, margin expansion, and strategic penetration at leading semiconductor manufacturers. Key Responsibilities Strategic Ownership • Define and execute the global growth strategy aligned with customer technology inflections, industry roadmaps, and ASM’s long ‑ term portfolio objectives. • Shape the multi ‑ year business vision, including market prioritization, investment requirements, and partnership opportunities.
