Angaben zur Tätigkeit: Mitarbeit im Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Neu- und Umbauprojekten sowie dem laufenden Betrieb Unterstützung bei der Freigabe und Durchführung von Betriebsübergaben Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Übergabeprozessen vom Bau an das Facility Management Sicherstellung und Zusammenstellung der vollständigen Projektdokumentation Überwachung von Gewährleistungsfristen und Koordination entsprechender Maßnahmen Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Behörden- und Sachverständigenabnahmen Erstellung und Pflege von Prüf- und Abnahmeprotokollen Fristgerechte Durchführung und Koordination baulicher Instandhaltungs- und Sicherheitsprüfungen Sicherstellung von Qualität, Energieeffizienz und EHS-Standards Pflege und Aktualisierung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Instandhaltungsplänen und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen: Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der technischen Betriebsbetreuung, im Engineering oder in der Projektabwicklung Erfahrung in einem regulierten Umfeld, idealerweise in der Biotechnologie oder aseptischen Produktion Erfahrung in der Koordination und Umsetzung technischer Projekte von Vorteil Grundkenntnisse der GMP-Anforderungen und sicherer Umgang mit technischer Dokumentation Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, interdisziplinär im Team zu arbeiten Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Why work with us?
