You will help shape how FlixBus shows up on Instagram, and learn everything our team knows along the way. We take the work seriously, not ourselves, so expect a good mix of work and fun. About the Role • Brainstorm content ideas and turn them into posts and reels people actually want to watch. • Shoot video content on an iPhone and edit reels (on phone apps or laptop), plus simple Canva graphics. • Spot upcoming creators, especially in travel, and suggest who we should collaborate with • Liaise with our agency partners to keep creator collaborations running smoothly. • Keep our social media calendar organised and up to date. • Explore how AI can help us build faster workflows, while keeping our content original. About You • Experience filming clean footage on an iPhone, with basic video editing and Canva skills • A good feel for Instagram: current trends, what goes viral and what works on the platform • A love of travel (even if only through reels) • Curiosity about AI as a tool for faster workflows. We use AI to assist us, not to replace our own thinking, so no AI slop • Enthusiasm and a collaborative attitude We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
