Technical Delivery Manager - with Data Programs delivery background : This role is responsible for supporting client delivery. It focuses on maintaining strong client partnerships, ensuring smooth delivery operations, and aligning outcomes with business objectives, while contributing to key transformation and risk management efforts. 1.Support client delivery programs using digital engineering approaches and enterprise platforms, aligning delivery with client needs and organisational standards. 2. Contribute to operational governance by applying delivery frameworks and tracking performance metrics using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and SAP. 3. Support risk management efforts by applying analytics and established practices to help identify and address delivery risks across business and engineering areas. 4. Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and support programme delivery and client satisfaction. 5. Contribute to transformation initiatives , leveraging cloud, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance delivery outcomes. 6. Build and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and solution improvement . 7.
