How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Superviser les opérations de l'unité en organisant l'activité et le flux de travail de l'usine, et assurer l'interface avec les autres équipes (Industriel / Maintenance, Centre SIO, Business Developer...) Responsabilités principales 1- Assurer le volume et la qualité de la production 2- Améliorer la performance du site 3- Garantir la fiabilité de l'usine 3- Coordonner avec les autres équipes (maintenance, SIO...) 4- Encadrer et évaluer la performance des techniciens Critères différenciants Gestion d'équipe : moins de 10 personnes encadrées Périmètre : une unité supervisée Are you a MATCH?
