Die Position: Ab sofort suchen wir für unseren Standort in Pfaffenhofen eine/n engagierte/n Manager Manufacturing Support mAb BioDS (m/w/d) Angaben zur Tätigkeit: Während der Projektierungsphase: Aktive Mitarbeit beim Aufbau eines neuen GMP-Produktionsbereichs für biotechnologische Wirkstoffe mit Fokus auf Antikörpern und Single-Use-Technologie Entwicklung und Ausgestaltung von GMP-Konzepten (z. B. Zonenkonzepte, Material- und Personalflüsse, Hygienekonzepte) Erstellung, Review und Implementierung von SOPs, Herstellungsanweisungen, Risikoanalysen und GMP-Dokumentation Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, QA, Engineering sowie externen Partnern und Lieferanten Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen, Räumlichkeiten und Produktionsprozessen im GMP-Umfeld Mitarbeit bei Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsaktivitäten (z. B. PQ, Reinigungs- und Prozessvalidierung) Aufbau und Implementierung eines Schulungs- und Trainingssystems Betriebsphase (nach Inbetriebnahme) Enge Unterstützung / Mitarbeit im operativen GMP-Umfeld mit klarer Präsenz am Shopfloor Erstellung, Pflege und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Herstellungsdokumenten und SOPs Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie direkte Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden im Produktionsumfeld Sicherstellung GMP-konformer Abläufe sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards Bearbeitung von Abweichungen inkl. Root-Cause-Analyse und Umsetzung wirksamer CAPA-Maßnahmen Erstellung und Steuerung von Change-Control-Verfahren Durchführung von Risikoanalysen (GMP und EHS) Vorbereitung und aktive Begleitung von Inspektionen und Audits Übernahme von Funktionen wie z. B. Hygienebeauftragter für den Produktionsbereich Enge Zusammenarbeit mit QA, QC, EHS, Entwicklung und Engineering Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie, Biotechnologie, Biochemie oder vergleichbar Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der biopharmazeutischen Herstellung, idealerweise im Bereich Herstellung und Aufreinigung von Antikörpern (USP/DSP) Praktische Erfahrung mit Single-Use-Technologien von Vorteil Fundierte Kenntnisse der GMP-Regularien (EU-GMP, idealerweise auch international) Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Umsetzung von GMP-Dokumentationen Grundverständnis der Herstellungs- und Aufreinigungsprozesse für rekombinante Proteine Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Präsenz im Produktionsumfeld Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende praktisch anzuleiten und zu unterstützen Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, auch in interdisziplinären Teams Organisationsstärke und Umsetzungsorienterung Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Why work with us?
