Product Manager Platform Team About the product We build an AI-powered application security platform. It reads source code, finds security vulnerabilities, and then produces a fix that a person reviews and approves. Customers install it and run it inside their own cloud environment. The stack is Python (Langgraph, FastAPI, Pydantic V2), TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes and the major cloud platforms. About the role You'll own what the product is. We need independent product judgement on scope and sequencing, so that engineering effort goes into what generalises across customers rather than into whatever was asked for most recently. This is a product role, not a delivery or project role. You'll decide what gets built, in what order, and what we turn down. You'll work directly with early customers, turn what breaks in their environments into prioritised work, and hold the line between product capability and one-off customisation. Key Responsibilities What you'll do Own the roadmap: what ships, in what order, and what gets deferred with the reasoning written down. Work directly with early customers and turn their experience into prioritised work. Keep a clear, defensible boundary between product functionality and customer-specific work. Make decisions in writing, and communicate them. Skill Requirements What we're looking for You've shipped a technical product to technical buyers: developer tools, security, or infrastructure software. You're comfortable in technical detail. You can read a design document and engage with it on substance. A track record of cutting scope, and the judgement to explain why. You know the difference between a product and a set of individual customer projects, and you've defended it in practice. Nice to have A background in security or vulnerability management. Experience with AI-based products, where output quality is probabilistic and has to be measured rather than assumed. Experience building a product inside a larger organisation.
