Production Supervisor

Your Job Molex is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations and develop high-performing production teams. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong people management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills who can adapt quickly to changing production needs. This position requires flexibility to support production needs across different lines and schedules. Available shifts: Night Shift Second or Third Shift, based on business needs Our Team You will be part of the Molex manufacturing team, working closely with production and other functional areas to support operational performance, develop our people, and ensure effective execution on the production floor. What You Will Do Lead and develop production teams of approximately 100 to 200 employees , promoting accountability and effective communication. Drive safe and effective execution of daily production activities while supporting operational objectives. Identify, address, and resolve production and people-related challenges using sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Manage employee situations and conflicts while ensuring consistent application of company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations. Influence and coach employees to strengthen team performance and ownership. Coordinate resources and priorities to maintain production continuity, including supporting different production lines and coverage needs. Adapt quickly to operational changes and develop knowledge of different processes to effectively support the manufacturing organization. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience leading teams within a manufacturing or production environment. Experience managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance situations. Demonstrated experience solving operational problems and driving actions to resolution. Experience ensuring compliance with workplace procedures, policies, or production standards. Availability and flexibility to work the assigned Night, Second, or Third Shift , according to business needs. What Will Put You Ahead Experience leading large production teams , particularly organizations of 100 or more employees. Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and develop production employees. Experience supporting multiple production lines or adapting to changing operational priorities. Ability to learn new manufacturing processes quickly and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
