As a (Senior) Product Manager for Consumer Touchpoints, you’ll shape the experiences through which consumers interact with us. You’ll own the product strategy and roadmap for your domains within our product "Invoicing as a Service", which offers a complete order-to-cash solution from invoice generation & distribution over payment and dunning to debt collection, including customer service, turning customer insights and data into scalable solutions that balance consumer needs, business impact and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will be: Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for your consumer touchpoint domains - digital and human ones Own and continuously improve the user experience across consumer-facing touchpoints Identify customer needs and opportunities through user research, feedback, market insights and data Develop scalable and reusable product capabilities across your domains Define and track product KPIs, including conversion, digital self-service and customer satisfaction Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial and Compliance Define product requirements and be an integral part of the development process, closely collaborating with our platform team Ensure relevant regulatory and compliance requirements are considered within your domains Qualifications What you bring: Several years of Product Management experience in cross-functional product organizations Strong experience in product strategy, customer discovery and roadmap definition for digital products or services Expertise in relevant areas such as payments, dunning & collections, customer service or consumer self-service Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on outcome-oriented product decisions Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial Proactive and self-driven approach with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous environments Strong communication skills in English (Swedish and Norwegian a plus) and the ability to influence across different teams and seniority levels Additional Information Disclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data: Responsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
