Job Description: Team Leader Exposure to Accounts Payable, General Accounting - international client exposure Experience working with a BPO/Back-office setup is a must Qualification Minimum Graduation is a must Exposure to Accounting Software Accounting ERP systems like SAP, Oracle etc. Exposure to Yardi software will be an advantage though not mandatory. Mon to Fri 4 pm to 1.30 am (but be flexible). Work from Office in Mumbai. System knowledge MS office - Good at Excel Technical Competencies - Must Have 1.      Ability to manage a team of 8 – 10 team members 2.      End to End Accounts Payable – Invoice processing, Payments, Accruals, Vendor Reconciliation 3.      Manage SLA/KPIs, Daily Volume Management, TAT and Quality 4.      Internal and Client governance – daily/weekly 5.      Able to handle escalations 6.      Attention to detail Competencies - Good to Have 1.      Exposure to any ticketing tool 2.      Knowledge of any reporting tools 3.      Should be able to support on ideation, process improvement 4.      Training and SOP documentation Job Responsibilities The business process includes – o   Action emails and documents received from client o   Update relevant information in Yardi software o   Ensure payments on a timely basis and avoid late fees o   Reconcile vendor balances and necessary accounting actions o   Communicate on emails and calls for information / follow-ups o   Manage large volume of information daily o   Update relevant status and comments on Salesforce The Job role of the TL includes the below: o   Daily team huddles and work allocation o   Monitor productivity and SLA/KPI performance daily / monthly o   Support in production as required o   QC of team member’s work on sample basis o   Resolve team queries and coaching o   Daily and weekly status updates to client on email and calls o   Regular training and SOP documentation with the team o   Monthly performance management of team members o   Liaise with different client stakeholders as required o   Encourage team and self to participate in soft skills training o   Create a healthy and motivating team environment 'Neither Concentrix nor any authorized 3rd party who assist with our recruitment process, ever ask candidates for ‘recruitment’, ‘processing’ or any other kind of fees in exchange for offer letters from Concentrix.
