Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Delinea PAM Technical Lead to lead the design, implementation, administration, and support of enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions based on the Delinea platform (formerly Thycotic/Centrify). The role requires strong technical expertise in PAM architecture, privileged account governance, password vaulting, session management, and integrations with enterprise IAM and security ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities PAM Architecture & Solution Design Design and implement Delinea PAM solutions for enterprise environments. Define PAM architecture, security standards, and onboarding frameworks. Lead privileged access governance initiatives and PAM maturity improvements. Review and approve technical designs, implementation plans, and security controls. Delinea Platform Administration Configure and manage: Secret Server Privilege Manager Server PAM Session Management Remote Access Services Manage password vaulting, discovery, rotation, and reconciliation policies. Configure privileged account workflows and approval mechanisms. Ensure system availability, scalability, and performance. Application & Infrastructure Onboarding Onboard Windows, Unix/Linux, Network Devices, Databases, Cloud Platforms, and Applications. Integrate Delinea with: Active Directory Entra ID (Azure AD) LDAP SIEM platforms Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) Develop custom integrations using APIs and PowerShell/REST services. Security & Compliance Implement least-privilege and Zero Trust principles. Establish privileged session monitoring and audit controls. Support internal and external security audits. Produce compliance evidence and PAM governance reports. Operations & Support Provide L3 support for PAM incidents and problem management. Troubleshoot platform, connector, and integration issues. Lead root-cause analysis for critical security incidents. Define operational procedures, runbooks, and SOPs. Automation Automate account onboarding and password rotation. Develop scripts using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs. Drive PAM process optimization and operational efficiency. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead PAM engineers and administrators. Conduct design reviews and technical mentoring. Engage with security architects and business stakeholders. Skill Requirements Required Skills Technical Skills 8-12+ years of IAM/PAM experience. 4+ years of hands-on Delinea experience. Strong knowledge of: Delinea Secret Server Delinea Privilege Manager Delinea Server PAM Session Monitoring Just-In-Time (JIT) Access Credential Vaulting Secrets Management Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OIDC. Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). PowerShell, REST APIs, SQL.
