Role Objective Lead the design, configuration, validation, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash capabilities while maximizing adoption of SAP standard functionality and reusable global design principles. Key Responsibilities Business Process & Solution Design Lead fit-to-standard workshops and business process discovery sessions. Analyze and rationalize business requirements from legacy ERP, CRM, mainframe, and custom solutions. Design SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with SAP best practices and Clean Core principles. Drive process simplification, standardization, and harmonization across regions. Develop future-state business processes and end-to-end solution designs. Functional Delivery Scope Provide expertise in: Order Management Customer & Business Partner Processes Pricing & Condition Management Billing & Revenue Processes Returns & Claims Management ATP / aATP Processes Dealer and Customer Integration Tax Integration Financial Integration Warehouse & Logistics Integration Global Trade & Compliance Integration Project Execution Configure SAP S/4HANA SD functionality. Develop functional specifications for technical developments and integrations. Support SIT, UAT, End-to-End Testing, and Deployment Readiness activities. Support cutover planning, production stabilization, and hypercare. Create reusable process documentation, training assets, and rollout playbooks. Mandatory Qualifications 4-10 years SAP SD consulting experience. Recent SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. Strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash knowledge. Expertise in pricing, sales orders, delivery processing, billing, returns, and customer processes. Experience in global implementation or business transformation programs. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. AI-First Delivery Expectations Candidates must demonstrate the ability to effectively leverage: SAP Joule Microsoft Copilot AI-assisted business analysis tools Expected use cases include: Requirements analysis Functional design generation Test scenario generation Process documentation Defect investigation Knowledge management Resources are expected to operate with an AI-first delivery mindset while maintaining full accountability for solution quality and functional correctness.
