Your MissionAs an Ecosystem Business Development Director, you drive growth by identifying, originating, and progressing opportunities together with our strategic Ecosystem Partners. You combine business development expertise with strong knowledge of partner technologies and offerings to create differentiated solutions for our clients. You build trusted relationships across Accenture, our Ecosystem Partners, and client organizations, bringing the right capabilities together to turn business challenges into compelling opportunities. What awaits youDrive business development: Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities through client account leads, partner relationships, and direct client engagement. Build a powerful co-sell motion: Develop partner-aligned go-to-market strategies, define target clients, originate joint opportunities, and drive regional awareness and enablement. Strengthen strategic partnerships: Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across Accenture and our Ecosystem Partners and create awareness of joint offerings, capabilities, and market opportunities. Shape joint growth plans: Drive holistic partner planning across strategy, go-to-market activities, financial success, campaigns, and joint client engagements. Create differentiated client value: Identify complex technology and business challenges and translate them into compelling opportunities using Accenture and Ecosystem Partner solutions, technologies, and accelerators. Develop market momentum: Create thought leadership around our joint value proposition, enable Accenture and partner teams, and support the effective use of partner investments. Engage senior stakeholders: Work with senior leaders at clients, Accenture, and our Ecosystem Partners to shape pursuit strategies, client contact plans, relationship maps, and winning approaches. What we're looking forward toA relevant degree in economics, IT, industrial engineering, a comparable field, or relevant vocational training Around 8 years or more of business development experience in professional services Experience in channel or ecosystem partner management and partner-led ways of working Strong client-facing experience and confidence engaging senior stakeholders Fluent German and English language skills Willingness to travel within Germany Ideally, experience conceptualizing, planning, or implementing transformation programs Ideally, experience working with G2000 clients and building C-level relationships Confidence discussing current technology topics with both senior business stakeholders and technical experts Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills High standards of professional integrity and credibility What we offer youFlexible ways of working: Flexible working models, including home office.
