Enterprise Engineering builds and runs the technology Meta employees depend on every day. This includes the enterprise platforms behind functions like Finance, People, and Supply Chain, the collaboration tools the company works in, and the support services employees rely on. Our customer base is the entire company, and the bar for reliability is correspondingly high. We are looking for a Business Lead to partner directly with the VP, Enterprise Engineering and the organization’s leadership team. You will be the operating backbone of a large, fast-moving engineering organization: building the mechanisms that keep hundreds of senior stakeholders aligned, turning a high volume of inbound demand into prioritized action, and bringing insight — not just information — to the leaders making decisions. You will connect the dots across the organization and its partners and move easily between strategic counsel and daily execution. This is a role for someone energized by operating at the intersection of engineering, AI, and business strategy, and who wants their work to make tens of thousands of people more productive.
