The Role As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will lead the end-to-end recruitment of experienced professionals and senior leaders across multiple business functions and geographies. This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional stakeholder management, market intelligence, and proactive sourcing capabilities. You will partner closely with senior leaders to identify, attract, and secure top talent in a highly competitive semiconductor market. Success in this role requires a strong executive presence, the ability to influence at all levels, and a proactive, data-driven approach to talent acquisition. This role is based in Almere and will serve as a key Talent Acquisition partner supporting hiring across Japan, Asia, US, and Europe. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for experienced, senior, and executive-level positions across Japan, Asia, US, and Europe. • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent across highly competitive industries. • Enable ASM’s long-term business strategy by shaping future-focused talent pipelines, recruiting for emerging organizational capabilities, and partnering with leaders to anticipate workforce needs in a rapidly evolving industry  &
