Responsibilities Strategic talent advisor to business & People leaders Sub-regional talent market intelligence & strategic workforce planning TA capacity, delivery & candidate experience leadership Sourcing strategy, talent pipeline & channel optimization Process excellence, compliance & TA transformation Team leadership, cross-functional collaboration & regional/global initiatives Requirements: Solid Talent Acquisition experience in a complex, matrix organization. Strong business acumen and strategic talent advisory capabilities. Proven people leadership, coaching and team development skills. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels. Strong knowledge of talent markets, sourcing and workforce planning.
