Your Mission As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you support the reliable and secure operation of our IT infrastructure while developing technical solutions for different internal requirements. As part of a small IT department, you work flexibly across different technical topics and take on new areas of responsibility as customer needs evolve. Your Daily Work Resolve incidents and problems: Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues while minimizing disruption and contributing to remediation and prevention measures. Manage infrastructure and systems: Maintain Windows and Linux IT infrastructure, monitor systems and recommend improvements where needed, while ensuring compliance with current security requirements. Build customer environments: Define and set up tailored environments based on operating system, network and operational requirements, including cloud services such as Microsoft Azure. Automate environments and workflows: Develop and automate processes and technical environments using technologies such as Power Automate, Ansible and Kubernetes. Turn requirements into solutions: Understand the technology needs of internal customer teams, propose appropriate solutions and collaborate in an agile environment, including Scrum stand-ups, retrospectives and planning sessions. Who You Are You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and GitLab CI/CD. You have advanced knowledge of cloud services management. You bring practical knowledge of IT infrastructure operations and network troubleshooting. You have experience developing tailored server environments and management workflows using technologies such as Ansible and Kubernetes. You are comfortable working across different technical topics and adapting to changing requirements in a small IT environment. What We Offer Flexible working models, including home office.
