Your Job ME Liquid Cooling NPI coordinator engineer The NPI Coordinator is responsible for coordinating prototype and NPI build activities for Liquid Cooling products, ensuring sample schedules, material readiness, and cross-functional communication are executed effectively to support product development milestones. This role serves as the key coordinator between PDE Engineering, ME , Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Production teams to ensure prototype builds, engineering samples, customer samples, and pilot runs are completed on schedule. Our Team Our team: ME engineer team in Datacom & Specialty Solutions (DSS) division. Project stakeholders: PDE Engineering, ME , Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Production What You Will Do (Job Description) Sample Build Coordination · Coordinate engineering samples, customer samples, qualification builds, and pilot production activities. · Establish and maintain NPI build schedules. · Track build progress and ensure on-time delivery. · Coordinate build priorities across multiple projects. Material Readiness Management · Monitor prototype and NPI material requirements. · Work closely with Purchasing, Planning, and Suppliers to ensure timely material availability. · Track material shortages and expedite critical components. · Maintain BOM readiness and material status reports. · Coordinate alternate material sourcing when shortages occur. Project Schedule Management · Develop and maintain NPI project schedules. · Track key milestones including: o Prototype Build o EVT o DVT o PVT o Customer Qualification o Production Release Escalate schedule risks and resource constraints. Cross-Functional Coordination o Act as communication focal point between: o Design Engineering o DPE o Manufacturing Engineering o Supply Chain o Purchasing o Production o Quality Engineering o Program Management o Coordinate regular NPI status meetings. o Publish meeting minutes and action item tracking. Sample Shipment Support · Coordinate sample packaging and shipment activities. · Ensure customer sample delivery commitments are met. · Provide shipment status updates to internal stakeholders. Risk Management · Identify supply, schedule, and resource risks. · Monitor critical path items. · Drive issue resolution with responsible functions. · Escalate risks impacting milestone achievement. · Documentation & Reporting Maintain: o Sample Build Schedule o Material Readiness Tracker o Action Item List o Project Dashboard o Build Status Reports · Prepare weekly NPI status reports for management review Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) · Bachelor's degree or above in: o Engineering o Industrial Engineering o Supply Chain Management o Business Administration o Manufacturing Technology o Related disciplines · 5+ years of experience in: · NPI Coordination · Project Coordination · Supply Chain Planning · Manufacturing Operations · Program Management What Will Put You Ahead Engineering Sample Management · Customer Sample Delivery · New Product Ramp-up · Manufacturing Readiness Reviews Apply now Share Email Facebook X LinkedIn
