Job Description Key Responsabilites Support the Regional CPO in ensuring full compliance with company activities linked to purchases activities in the Region Define and implement the regional procurement compliance strategy aligned with Group Procurement processes and local regulatory requirements. Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of supplier risk assessment processes across the region. Oversee supplier assessments activities throughout the supplier lifecycle, from onboarding to periodic reassessments. Conduct check of suppliers assessment processes within our suppliers database and propose/implement improvements where needed. Follow & monitor Anti-corruption, DP, Cyber Suppliers risk assessment in collaboration with the Procurement Service delivery team. Prepare & drive reporting on Compliance topics for regular calls with CPO, Group procurement or functions Work closely with local Legal, Compliance, Data Protection, Cybersecurity, Export Control, and Sustainability teams to ensure local regulatory requirements are embedded into procurement processes. Deliver awareness sessions to strengthen compliance knowledge across the local procurement community. Act as the primary regional contact for procurement compliance and supplier risk management matters.
