Brief the executive on what matters most. • Keep leadership meeting rhythms on track, including weekly agendas, planning cycles, and key deadlines. • Travel & Event Logistics • Plan and book complex, multi-leg domestic and international travel, coordinating flights, lodging, ground transport, and itinerary details. • Manage and submit expense reports promptly and accurately. • Lead the planning and execution of team events, offsites, and summits from start to finish. • AI-Enabled Productivity • Use AI tools daily for drafting, summarizing meetings and threads, triaging inboxes/Slack, preparing briefs, and conducting research. • Build and refine repeatable workflows, prompts, and automations that save the executive and the team time. • Evaluate new AI tools and share what works with other EAs. Apply strict judgment on data sensitivity, accuracy, and confidentiality when using AI. • Communication, Culture & Operations • Act as a culture champion for the organization, driving engagement and building a positive presence in the Austin office. • Build deep relationships and stay highly connected with the broader EA network, leveraging those partnerships to navigate the organization and get things done. • Handle highly confidential, business-critical information with absolute discretion and diplomacy. • Send concise updates with clear options, track open items, and chase them until they are closed. What You Bring • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally within a fast-paced technology environment. • AI fluency: Advanced, hands-on experience with AI assistants a
