Demand, Planning & Forecasting Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Update the monthly sales forecast: review stock levels, sales and statistical forecast, propose and request adjustments, validate the final forecast and enter the data into the planning system (Arkieva) Manage the S&OP process for your own portfolio: S&OE, Demand Review and S&OP meetings Prepare weekly stock coverage reports and communicate zero-stock alerts to other departments Monitor inventory levels and work with the Supply Planning team to confirm or adjust delivery dates Track Supply Chain KPIs (OOS, inventory, forecast accuracy, obsolescence) monthly, analyze values and trends, and build action plans Coordinate Supply Chain activities for product launches and transfers Requirements: Education: University degree Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role Skills and competencies: Advanced MS Office skills; experience with ERP or forecasting systems is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Integrity, persistence and adaptability in complex and often changing environments Analytical thinking, attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Advanced English is mandatory
