YOUR ROLE Join a quality-focused engineering team responsible for supporting vehicle development programs and ensuring project quality objectives are achieved throughout development and launch phases. Drive the achievement of quality targets during development activities for one or multiple vehicle programs. Coordinate APQP-PPAP deliverables and ensure required documentation is completed and maintained. Lead activities to prevent issue recurrence, manage risks, and drive quality convergence toward project objectives. Ensure compliance with project quality targets established by the BCI Department. Facilitate communication and collaboration across project, engineering, manufacturing, and partner teams. Define milestone actions and deliverables, monitor KPIs, assess results, and manage escalations and recovery plans for non-compliance risks. YOUR PROFILE Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, and knowledge of Quality and Lean methodologies and tools. Knowledge of industrialization and project management processes, including APQP and PPAP methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and issue-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools; TeamCenter CAD knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with statistical control concepts. Leadership capabilities, results-oriented mindset, self-motivated approach, and English language proficiency.
