Your Role Lead the development and improvement of predictive and prescriptive machine learning models that directly support marketing, personalization, customer lifecycle, and commercial business strategies. Partner with business stakeholders to translate real-world marketing opportunities into data science solutions, defining success metrics and measuring business impact. Own the full model lifecycle, including feature engineering, experimentation, validation, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing performance optimization. Mentor and provide technical guidance to other Data Scientists through peer reviews, best practices, and model governance activities. Work closely with Data Engineering and MLOps teams to ensure models are scalable, production-ready, maintainable, and capable of delivering measurable business value. Your Profile 5+YOE of hands-on Data Science experience building, validating, deploying, and optimizing predictive and prescriptive machine learning models in production environments. Strong expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling, including feature engineering, model evaluation, experimentation, backtesting, and performance measurement. Experience applying Data Science to marketing use cases, such as customer segmentation, personalization, campaign optimization, lifecycle marketing, customer propensity, or commercial analytics. Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions, partnering with stakeholders to define success metrics, quantify impact, and communicate actionable recommendations. Technical leadership and mentoring experience, including code reviews, model governance, best practices, and guiding junior Data Scientists through the model development lifecycle.
