Acerca de este puesto As Warehouse R&P Leader, you will be responsible for comprehensively managing raw material storage and on-site packaging operations, coordinating unionized staff through shift scheduling, payroll management in Dayforce, continuous development, and leadership of safety teams. In this role, you will ensure timely supply (Just-In-Time / WCM), space optimization, strict inventory control, and the safe handling of hazardous substances in accordance with international standards (ISO, NOM-220716), while collaborating closely with Material Planners and suppliers to meet audit requirements, strategic projects, quality standards, and global site KPIs.
