Job description

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst at our office in Guadalajara to join Koch Shared Services as part of our global supplier onboarding team. This role requires critical thinking, strong sense of urgency, collaboration with team members and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The supplier onboarding team is highly collaborative, continuously looking for ways to enhance the supplier and user experience and improve business processes while adhering to internal financial controls. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization will lead to success in the role. Our Team The supplier onboarding team provides value-added strategic partnerships with other Koch companies in ownership and support of the supplier onboarding processes and master data governance of our vendor data. As a preferred partner, we focus on adherence to financial controls, process efficiency, and transformation. Our team members are key contributors through the application of frameworks and principles with an emphasis on leveraging critical and economic thinking to drive value. What You Will Do Onboard suppliers through various dedicated platforms and workflows. Ensure sound financial controls are in place to safeguard company assets. Maintain and ensure accuracy of Vendor Master Data in multiple ERP systems. Review and validate information and supporting documentation provided by the supplier (Tax ID, bank details) in accordance with internal financial controls. Work cross-functionally with procurement, finance, 3rd party suppliers, operations, & IT to solve problems and drive mutually beneficial solutions. Engage in cross regional initiatives, data quality reviews, transformation and continuous improvement projects related to supplier enablement and master data. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) English proficiency sufficient to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with global stakeholders Experience communicating with stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels Experience prioritizing and working with detailed and time sensitive tasks. Experience identifying opportunities and implementing process improvements. What Will Put You Ahead Previous experience with master data with tools such as SAP, Coupa, Oracle Database or equivalent. Experience working with internal financial control processes. Strong data literacy, including the ability to interpret, validate and use data to support business decisions Experience using AI or automation tools to improve efficiency, enhance data quality, or streamline business processes. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, International business or similar. Portuguese language proficiency At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
