Work Flexibility: Onsite 1. Job Summary The following is not intended to represent a complete list of job responsibilities, but rather to outline the ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS of the position. Objetive: Operate one or several Sewing Machines under the Quality Standards and Productivity Levels established by the Company. 2. Responsibilities and Functions • Based on the planning specifications and the required material, the Sewing Machine operates under Safety, Efficiency and Quality Standards. • Adjusts the tensions to the Sewing Machine according to the assigned material and changes the needles. • Responsible for keeping workstation organized and clean, as well as machine and tools. • Requests support through his Leader to adjust or address any failure due to the malfunction of the sewing machine. • Immediately report any unsafe conditions in area to boss. • Responsible for complying with the production and quality standard according to the different production processes. • Can fill reports of production control, scrap, quality, etc. 3. Qualifications and Skills • Spanish 100% • Identify hazards or any event that could cause harm or deterioration to health. Report accidents, incidents or near misses. 6.
