Key Responsibilities Your mission Our Technical Account Manager team executes upon a wide variety of customer technical enablement efforts, ensuring they launch UiPath successfully, adopt it widely and are continually driving business value from UiPath. The Technical Account Managers are entrusted with some of UiPath's largest and most strategic customers, working with stakeholders across all parts of the business and at all levels. What you'll do at UiPath The Technical Account Manager will be an extended part of client’s technical team ensuring automation program is running effectively. Provide support for automation testing solutions, working closely with the customers to address technical requirements. Enable customers on AI-assisted test design and automation (Autopilot, coding agents), including prompt design. Assist customers in establishing best practices for Automation and Testing CoE focusing on Implementation, Governance, Support and Monitoring. Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in automation testing to support technical discussions effectively. Act as a technical advisor to customers while performing code reviews, infrastructure scaling guidance and holding preventive care sessions. Help customers identify and develop new use cases for UiPath that drive adoption and align to customer’s business needs and strategic goals. Provide technical guidance to customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes. Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on UiPath best practices. Provide product engineering team with customers’ feedback and contribute to identification and creation of new features or products. Partner closely with cross-functional teams within UiPath to translate business needs into new solutions for customers. Skill Requirements What you'll bring to the team Strong hands-on experience in test automation with tools such as Selenium, Tricentis or similar, including designing and building automation frameworks (e.g. Page Object Model, data-driven, keyword-driven, BDD etc.). Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing and coding tools (e.g. UiPath Autopilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, coding agents), including prompt engineering for test design and automation. Experience testing enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce. Good understanding of STLC, CI/CD and the DevOps life-cycle. Experience in creating POCs and delivering technical demonstrations tailored to customer needs. 10 years of industry experience with hands-on programming experience, e.g. .NET C#, C++, VB, Java or PowerShell. Previous experience working with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega or Nice is good to have. Experience in technical support, project management, technical sales and consultancy. Previous experience in the application or implementation support domain is a plus. Familiarity with software and front-end development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption. Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues. Willing to travel as and when needed. Other Requirements Nice to Have: Experience in mobile testing (Android/iOS, Appium or similar), performance/load testing and API testing. Exposure to enterprise environments and understanding of complex testing workflows. Working knowledge or exposure to UiPath product. UiPath Certified Professionals will get more attention.
