Partner with each RTE to facilitate and support PDLC events such as Discovery \u0026 Prioritization workshops, PI Planning and Inspect \u0026 Adapt, and step in directly when a value stream need added support.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EManage the standard PDLC operating rhythm across all value streams, including:\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EThe enterprise PDLC planning calendar (11-week cycle)\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EValue stream roster accuracy, in partnership with the RTEs\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ESuccess measures that track ART health the same way across value streams, using flow and value metrics\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EConsistent process, tooling and ceremonies across ARTs\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECo-supporting continuous improvement and center of excellence work when a change affects all value streams. This includes spreading best practices from one value stream or ART to the others and standardizing fixes with the RTEs.\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EShare transparent, consistent updates on the progress of the SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and value stream transformation. Use existing channels such as newsletters, town halls and leadership updates for consistent communication. Turn feedback loops into improvement opportunities to execute with each value stream.\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003ESkills You\u2019ll Need\u003C/b\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cb\u003EBachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent experience.\u003C/b\u003E\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E12\u002B years of professional experience and 4\u002B years of management experience.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E8\u002B years in Agile/SAFe delivery, including hands-on experience coaching RTEs.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAn active SAFe certification: Certified SAFe\u00AE Practice Consultant (SPC), Certified SAFe\u00AE Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Certified SAFe\u00AE Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM).\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDeep SAFe expertise that moves complex to highly complex transformation work forward. You bring perspectives from many functions and disciplines together to drive progress, and regularly influence senior leaders\u2019 decisions with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cb\u003EPreferred Skills\u003C/b\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EExperience leading value streams or ARTs in large technology or healthcare organizations particularly in provider, pharmacy, biopharma or payer environments.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EA proven track record of transforming large organizations to SAFe, with influence at the executive, peer and team levels across a matrixed organization.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EExperience using flow and value metrics to assess train health and drive measurable improvement.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAI native, with hands-on experience using AI tools, especially Claude and Microsoft Copilot, to work smarter and faster.
