Reporting to the Country Manager Spain & Iberia Cluster Head, the Head of Specialty Brands will be responsible for leading and developing Accord’s entire speciality brands (SBs) in oncology and autoimmune in Spain. He/She will define and execute the short‑ and long‑term commercial strategy for oncology growth, ensure excellence in operational execution, and drive sustained expansion in a highly competitive and fast‑evolving therapeutic area. The role includes direct leadership of the Autoimmune team, through the Area Manager Autoimmune Spain, ensuring strategic alignment and high‑performance delivery. Since many of the future SBs products are sold in hospital via tenders, it is important for the candidate to have experience in the hospital pharmacy sector too. He/She will have to work closely with the Head of Hospital Generic business. The Role Strategic Leadership of the Oncology and autoimmune Lines Build and execute a unified oncology strategy across Specialty Brands, whether they are sold in Hospitals or community pharmacies for the oncology and Autoimmune lines Deliver significant year‑on‑year growth and strengthen Accord’s positioning in the oncology market. Identify new opportunities for innovation, differentiation and commercial expansion. Team Leadership & Development Lead, develop and motivate the Specialty Brands commercial teams. Provide direct leadership and coaching to the Area Manager Autoimmune Spain. Build a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and customer excellence. Ensure clear KPIs, quality of sales metrics and monthly reporting to the SFE team. Commercial Execution & Operational Excellence Ensure accurate monthly sales forecasts for all SB products and coordinate closely with Supply Chain. Guarantee adequate stock provisioning and correct accounting classification (expired/short‑dated, slow‑moving). Oversee the full budget cycle, including 6+6, Risk & Opportunities, and Long Range Plan. Ensure flawless execution of product launches and lifecycle management. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, NPL, Quality, PV, Medical Information, Finance and Portfolio/BD. Ensure all departments are aligned with SB commercial priorities. Represent Spain in all relevant European SB meetings and strategic discussions.
