Job Title: Senior Executive - P2P Procurement Job Requisitions No.: 19150 Job Description: Purpose of Job We are seeking an experienced and dynamic procurement professional to lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations. The role requires strong expertise in pharmaceutical procurement, vendor management, and supply chain optimization, with a focus on cost efficiency and timely availability of materials. Roles and Responsibilites Procurement & Supply Planning Manage procurement of finished products (P2P and loan license).. Ensure timely replenishment of materials at optimal cost, maintaining continuity of supply. Determine appropriate order quantities and delivery schedules based on demand planning. Vendor Management & Development Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors; develop alternate vendor sources. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure performance, quality, and reliability. Drive contract negotiations to achieve favorable commercial terms. Purchase Operations Handle Purchase Order (PO) creation, release, and tracking. Ensure effective follow-up with vendors for timely delivery and adherence to agreed timelines. Work closely with vendors to address supply disruptions and performance issues. Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Technical, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain) to align procurement activities with organizational goals. Support new product launches by ensuring material readiness and supplier alignment. Other Responsibility Market Analysis & Strategy Monitor and forecast market trends, pricing dynamics, and supply-demand situations. Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives. Risk Management Assess supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in procurement activities. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze procurement data and generate actionable insights for decision-making. Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint. Project & Budget Management Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define procurement requirements. Ensure procurement projects are delivered within budget and defined timelines. Skill Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent negotiation and networking abilities. Proven experience in project management and execution. High level of ownership, integrity, and result orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with agility.
