About Bybit and this role Bybit is one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, with teams across many countries working around the clock. Our global workplace footprint includes rented offices with local administrative support, rented offices without local administrative support, and co-working locations. The Head of Global Workplace Operations manages and develops local team leaders across this footprint. You will ensure every location is safe, well run, cost-effective, and a place people want to come to work, maintaining consistent standards while adapting delivery to local needs and the level of on-site support available.
