Job Description: ENGLISH The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Machine Operator for the 3M Varnamo Site you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. As a Machine Operator, you play a key role in our production process. You will be responsible for setting up equipment, monitoring operations, and ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards. You will work as part of a team where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are essential to the daily workflow.
