Ensure functional correctness by applying deep knowledge of business processes and expected system behavior. Validate requirements and workflows with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets real operational needs. Summary: As a Functional Subject Matter Expert, you will spend your day ensuring that business processes are accurately reflected within the system. You will engage with various stakeholders to confirm that workflows and requirements align with operational expectations. Your role involves careful validation of solutions to guarantee they meet the practical needs of the organization, contributing to the overall success of the project and business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Assist in identifying gaps between current processes and system capabilities, recommending improvements. - Support the development and implementation of process enhancements to optimize system performance. - Provide training and guidance to team members and stakeholders on functional aspects of the system. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and their integration with enterprise systems. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into functional specifications. - Familiarity with system testing methodologies to ensure solution quality and compliance. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Manila office.
