Mgmt Consulting Director - Finance

Job description

For this role, we are looking for a Mgmt Consulting Director - Finance with strong Finance functional expertise and the ability to engage with CFOs and senior Finance stakeholders. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them rethink how their Finance function operates, from strategy and operating model through to processes, organization, and technology-enabled transformation. Key Responsibilities: -Advise CFOs and Finance leadership teams on Finance Transformation priorities, helping define transformation strategies, roadmaps, and target-state Finance capabilities; - Lead and contribute to Go-to-Market strategies and initiatives, identifying market opportunities, priority client needs, and relevant value propositions; - Support and lead CFO Advisory engagements across Finance strategy, organization, processes, operating models, and transformation programs; - Define the future vision for the Finance function, translating strategic objectives into practical transformation initiatives and implementation roadmaps; - Translate business and Finance requirements into implementable solutions, working across business, functional, and technology teams; - Contribute to the development of Finance Transformation propositions and client opportunities, bringing relevant Finance perspectives, methodologies, and market insights; - Leverage Accenture’s methods, assets, technology capabilities, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable transformation outcomes. Qualifications: -Strong professional experience in Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, Finance Operating Model, or Finance Process Transformation; -Deep understanding of the Finance function and core financial processes, with the ability to connect process, organization, data, and technology dimensions; - Consulting experience in Finance Transformation and/or CFO Advisory is mandatory; - Knowledge of technology-enabled Finance transformation and ERP environments is valued; - Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; - Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
