What you´ll do Maintain and continuously improve the site QMS in compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001; IATF 16949/ISO 27001/ISCC/QC080000 etc.). Manage document control, change management, and quality system records. Coordinate management reviews, quality training, and competency programs. Lead internal audits, external audits and customer audits. Drive closure of audit findings, corrective actions, and system improvements. Monitor quality performance, support risk management and promote quality awareness across the organization. Promote a culture of quality ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization through training, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronic engineering ，mechanical engineering or chemistry related field. 3–7+ years in quality systems / QMS / compliance roles. Be familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 27001, QC080000, VDA 6.3,etc. Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management. Basic English communication skills.
