Job Description: General Purpose: Perform administrative duties, including documentation management and data control for the Maintenance Department. Manage and coordinate warehouse/storekeeping operations within the Maintenance Department. Main Responsibility: EHS & Process Safety related: Comply and follow all EHS regulations Work safely and comply with all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and regulations established by PT BASF Indonesia, Merak Site Maintenance related: Prepare, organize, and maintain maintenance documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. Perform administrative and documentation activities related to material requisition requests (PR), purchase orders (PO), goods receipt processes, and related transactions. Maintain and control spare parts inventory stored in the Maintenance warehouse. Monitor and control spare parts availability for Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) and Mechanical equipment. Provide administrative and operational support to Maintenance Technicians in equipment repair, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement activities. Ensure the accuracy of maintenance records, inventory data, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely procurement and availability of maintenance materials and spare parts.
