WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT We in Agricultural Solutions are preparing to be an independent, pure-play agricultural company within BASF group. To be ready for independence, we are looking for you to join us in our new Corporate roles (see here: Build Your Career on Our Standalone Transformation ). In your new role, you own and continuously improve real estate master data across multiple systems, ensuring reliable availability for business users. You define, implement and monitor data governance standards, data quality controls and validation routines and coordinate data validation, cleansing and harmonization activities across regions and business units. Moreover, you develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and management reports and analyze portfolio performance, occupancy trends, workplace utilization and sustainability-related data. You translate complex data into actionable insights for portfolio optimization, workplace strategy, forecasting and strategic planning. Furthermore, you manage and optimize real estate technology platforms, databases and digital tools, including facility, lease and property management systems, and lead system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations and data migrations in collaboration with IT. You identify and implement automation, standardization, advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions. In addition, you act as the central interface between Real Estate, IT, Finance, Procurement and other business stakeholders and manage external technology vendors and digital solution providers to support effective service delivery. Last but not least, you support global projects, system rollouts and process changes through user support, training and change management. WHAT YOU OFFER successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in real estate, business administration, information systems, data science or a comparable field as well as several years of experience in corporate real estate, data management, business intelligence, digital transformation or a technology-related function profound expertise in data governance, master data management, analytics, KPI reporting and process improvement experience with integrated workplace management, lease management or property management systems, SAP RE-FX or comparable applications as well as confident use of reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP or similar solutions good understanding of real estate portfolio, lease, workplace, occupancy and asset management data experience in project management, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration as well as the ability to gather, structure and translate business requirements into practical reporting, analytics and technology solutions strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, attention to data quality and a structured way of working, combined with a collaborative mindset and confidence working with global, regional and local stakeholders excellent English communication skills and the ability to explain complex data and technology topics in clear business language as well as a passion for innovation, digital transformation and continuous improvement WHAT WE OFFER A high-impact role at the intersection of corporate real estate, data and technology.
