As a Production & Process Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting production operations while driving process excellence, productivity improvements, and EHS compliance. Working closely with the Production Manager and Process/Asset Manager, you will contribute to operational performance, continuous improvement initiatives, and sustainable plant operations. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related discipline. Master's degree is an asset. 1-3 years of experience in production environments, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry. Fluent in English. Good command of MS Office applications and SAP. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and communicate effectively with different stakeholder groups. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence principles is a plus. Residing in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli or the Anatolian side of İstanbul. WHAT YOU WILL DO Support the management of daily production operations and contribute to the coordination of production activities. Monitor production performance, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency. Support Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the production area. Contribute to process and plant safety improvements in collaboration with Production and Process/Asset Management teams. Participate in production trials, process optimization activities, and new product implementations. Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems and operational documentation. Ensure compliance with EHS standards, legal requirements, and internal company policies. Coordinate SAP-related processes, inventory counting activities, and indirect material procurement activities. Support budget planning and cost control activities for the production department. Contribute to the development and training of production employees, fostering a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
